Mar 04, 2019 Sorry to revive an old thread, but it turns out there is a way to disable the haptic feedback on screen unlock. First, go to Menu - Sounds - Haptic feedback. Enable it. You'll now be able to access the next menu item, Vibration intensity. Slide that all the way to the left to 0. Now disable Haptic feedback again. No vibration on screen unlock!
May 26, 2017 I believe Android OEM's should think seriously about the vibration thing, so when a smartphone owner turn the vibration off that mean's it should keep off. through my search experience I found out that vibration when unlocking screen with fingerprint is normal with LG, HTC, Huawei even Nexus smartphone. very annoying thing.
